Terms and Conditions of Rental
As part of the Agreement the store.webawesome.co.uk will rent the subsequent Website to the Client for a minimum initial period of 12-months in consideration of which the Client will pay the monthly rental fee as detailed in agreement. You can still continue renting the website even when your rental agreement (after 12 months) is over, we will continue on a month-to-month basis.
There are no cancellation fee once your agreed 12-month contract. If you cancel your website before 12 month you will have to pay out the agreed contractual time on your website rental fees.
A setup fee is an additional charge that covers the cost of setting up an account for you. Setup fee is non-refundable.
The completed website will be hosted by the RentAWebsite.me on our dedicated servers. The amount of web space available varies on each rental package,
You will have CMS access to the rental website. You will be given ‘Editor’ access which will allow to update the website. In order to add new pages you have to contact us to do that for you. Additional charges may apply for adding new pages.
All website files are backed up on weekly/monthly basis and kept for a period of 1 month.
We will register (standard) domain name for you. webawesome.co.uk retain full ownership of and all rights to any domain name registered, regardless of whether the domain name is the Client’s company name or variation thereof, the name of a Client product, or any other name in which the Client holds prior intellectual property rights.
Upon termination of the Agreement (or at any other time) and at the sole discretion of the webawesome.co.uk, the webawesome.co.uk may offer to sell the domain or any variations thereof to the Client. For domain name already purchased by the Client these will remain the sole property of the Client.
We provide the email addresses as per your rental package. You may purchase additional email accounts, increased mailbox space, or have mail forwarded to another email address from within their account.
The Website (including both the design and underlying code) and any variations thereof shall remain the sole property of the webawesome.co.uk. Client will not obtain any rights to the Project Website over time, nor upon the termination of the Agreement or thereafter.
All images displayed on the Client’s website will be used after authorization by the Client and are the sole responsibility of the Client regarding usage and copyright. RentAWebsite.me has no control of, or responsibility for, the content of our Client’s websites.
Client undertakes to secure all copyright and any other appropriate licenses, clearance or consents where required for the content and materials to be incorporated into the Website by the webawesome.co.uke. Client grants to RentAWebsite.me for the term of the Agreement and Project a non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use its name, logos, trade marks or devices (“Intellectual Property”) for the purposes of creating the Website. webawesome.co.uk retains all rights to the design and underlying code used to create the Project Website.
If the Client or attempts to update the website and damages the design or impairs the ability for the web pages to display or function properly, time to repair the web pages will be billed on our current hourly rate. There is a one-hour minimum charge.
Regarding to SEO (search engine optimization), we do not guarantee any specific placement or high ranking on search engines or for the guarantees of any third party companies whom we recommend.
